Available in small and large sizes
Ideal for short and medium coated breeds such as Border Collies, German Shepherds, Huskies, Retrievers and Spaniels to name a few, as well as longer haired cats. The rounded ball tip pins reach through the coat layers to skin level without scratching, making for a soothing grooming experience. Use the pins to brush through tangles and remove loose hairs from the coat, then the bristles to smooth and distribute natural oils for a healthy, shiny finish. Brush in sections, through all areas of your pet’s body including their legs, belly, tail, ears and head. While you are doing this, take time to look and feel over each part of your pet. Knowing your pet’s contours and form helps you to know what is normal, so you can quickly identify and seek advice for anything that is new or unusual. Delivery
Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods.

Items are shipped via courier (Usually DPD) within 24hrs with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days.For orders under £35 delivery is £4.95. For orders over £35 delivery is free.
We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 working days.You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch please use our contact us form stating your order number and address details. Refunds should be issued within 3 working days.

How do I return my item?
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. We hope they’re just the ticket. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
