Absolutely no nonsense advice. Will not try to sell you anything that is superfluous to your needs when you make a purchase (corn snake) staff knowledgeable and readily give guidance on how to care for reptile to fill any gaps you have in your knowledge. Good experience.

Incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a wide range of products to feed all kinds of creatures from reptiles, cats, dogs, fish, birds both domestic and wild garden birds etc, dogs leads, pet toys, hamster cages. In fact far too much to mention so best you check it out to see for yourself!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. More than willing to offer advice on a variety of animals. They have a nice aquatic area and a small animal area selling hamster rabbits birds etc. Plus a wide selection of pet foods, medication, treats, cages, tanks, tarrianiem. Plus live and frozen foods for reptiles and fish and much more. They are defiantly one of the most helpful pet shops I have been to plus they have good disabled access and enough room to move round in my electric wheelchair.

I had excellent service from a lovely knowledgeable young girl who fitted my Shih Tzu puppy with a waterproof jacket & harness couldn’t ask for better service thank you
