Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on your ‘shopping cart’ and then ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note: We currently ship to UK Mainland only (this excludes all Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).

Do I need an account
You do not need an account to place an order with us however you will not be able to check previous orders or update your delivery details directly without one.
Can I buy over the phone?

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via the website using either Paypal or stripe for credit/debit card orders. We do accept payment via telephone using the following number +44 01643 703815
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. We do not hold any payment details and these are processed only via the payment gateway used.
Delivery & Refunds
Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking updates as soon as your order in on it’s way to you.

Items are shipped via courier (Usually DPD) within 24hrs with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days.
For orders under £35 delivery is £4.95. For orders over £35 delivery is free.
We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 working days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch please use our Contact Us form stating your order number and address details. Refunds should be issued within 3 working days.
Returns
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
We suggest packing the item securely including any paperwork that has been attached. Please ensure that you state the reason for return, your address, name and order number.
Please post to the address below. We recommend getting a proof of postage from the post office or couriers. As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund within 3 working days to the card with which you made your purchase, or using PayPal where appropriate.
