The rounded ball tip pins reach through the coat layers to skin level without scratching, making for a soothing grooming experience. Use to brush through tangles and remove loose hairs from the coat, distributing natural oils for a healthy, shiny finish. Brush in sections, through all areas of your pet’s body including their legs, belly, tail, ears and head. While you are doing this, take time to look and feel over each part of your pet. Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods.

How do I return my item?
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. We hope they’re just the ticket. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
