Our Fresh Menu with Salmon, Sweet Potato, Peas & Courgette is crafted with care, using only food-grade fresh ingredients in our own purpose-built pet kitchen. We start with high-quality salmon, which is slowly and gently steam-cooked at a low temperature.
We then blend in blanched sweet potato, carrot, peas, courgette, and apple, along with salmon oil, rosehip, algae lime, brewer?s yeast, seaweed powder, and sage. This careful, low-temperature process ensures both the delicious, home-cooked flavour and vital nutrients are preserved at their best.
The result? A wholesome, healthy meal that looks and tastes like home-cooked food. It provides complete and balanced nutrition directly from the original, fresh ingredients. This recipe, rich in omega fatty acids from salmon, offers excellent support for skin, coat, and joint health.

We carefully package each meal into a glass jar. Why glass? It is completely inert and taint-free, as well as being easy to recycle, which makes it environmentally friendly. Using a technique that mirrors human baby food production ensures our product remains pantry-fresh and shelf-stable for up to 12 months without any artificial preservatives.

Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods.

Items are shipped via courier (Usually DPD) within 24hrs with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days.For orders under £35 delivery is £4.95. For orders over £35 delivery is free.
We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 working days.You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch please use our contact us form stating your order number and address details. Refunds should be issued within 3 working days.

How do I return my item?
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. We hope they’re just the ticket. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
