Whole frozen sprats are a great choice for providing your pets with occasional treats and rewards, whilst supporting their overall health. Our whole frozen sprats are free from fillers, additives and preservatives, which means they are biologically appropriate and easily digestible for optimal health and wellbeing.

Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods.

We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 working days.You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

How do I return my item?
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. We hope they’re just the ticket. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
